As humans, we are creatures of habit and whenever we try something different it causes us to feel extremely uncomfortable! Here is the good news... we are also highly adaptable. In the beginning it's going to feel horrible but the more we push through it, the more we will be able to turn that activity into a new habit.. since it becomes a habit, it becomes normal, easy and a pleasure to do.
